A Cyprus lawfirm is looking for a SECRETARY!
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answering and directing of phone calls, taking messages, handling correspondence.
2. Photocopying and printing documents.
3. Orders to Supermarket
4. Orders of Stationary
5. Answering calls/opening door
6. Updating the Company’s electronic system/filing system
7. Cleaning dishes/making coffee/arrange cleaning services
8. Arranging Certification/apostille of documents
9. Arranging DHL package to be sent
10. Translation of documents
11. Assistance in communication with the clients. Assistance in translation to lawyers and other employees.
12. Organization of meetings with clients/Scheduling meetings and conferences.
13. Liaising with relevant organizations, authorities
14. Filing
15. Registration of Incoming/outgoing correspondence
16. Preparation of cover letter to documents
17. Handling of petty cash (Payment of necessary expenses such as stamps order, stationary, supermarket, Akis, duty stamp and etc.)

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• At least 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of English language, written and verbal. Russian and Greek languages will be considered as a major advantage
• Computer literacy and good command of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong attention to details skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Team player, positive attitude, and approachable personality
