🚀 Hard Skills:
— Law degree from a reputable university;
— Upper-Intermediate English or higher is a must (including legal drafting);
— A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required, with at least 1 year in IT;
— Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
— Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively;
— Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian language.
As a plus:
— Understanding of red flags in working with banks/EMIs;
— Understanding of tax planning/optimization.

😎Your responsibilities:
— Navigate and manage all corporate legal issues and processes, including optimizing the current corporate structure.
— Handle employment-related legal matters across various jurisdictions, including the preparation of onboarding/offboarding documents.
— Provide legal support for the immigration process for employees across various jurisdictions, including work visa applications, permits, and other necessary documentation.
— Oversee the completion and submission of KYC and DD processes, including the preparation of necessary forms.
— Facilitate the opening of bank/EMI accounts and respond to inquiries from these institutions.
— Secure and manage the company's intellectual property rights, including registration and potential transfer.
— Proactively identify, research, and mitigate legal risks to protect the company's interests.
— Provide ongoing legal support for the company's day-to-day business operations.
