• Scaling Products to Peak Performance: Proven track record of launching or taking over iGaming brands in competitive Tier-3 markets and scaling them to record-breaking monthly FTD volumes and GGR.

• Rigorous KPI Control & Monitoring: Establishing a 24/7 traffic and performance monitoring framework. Breaking down corporate goals into strict, actionable KPIs/OKRs for affiliate managers and scouts, ensuring full accountability.

• Traffic Quality Control & Anti-Fraud: Ruthless traffic monitoring to detect and eliminate fraud, multi-accounting, incentivized traffic, and mislead. Expert at executing hard traffic caps and cuts (shaving prevention) to protect margins.
