Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years in a COO position
High proficiency in Excel
Desire to develop in arbitrage, traffic, Media Buy (or similar experience in the field is a plus)
Experience with CRM/dashboard preferred
Management experience of 100+ employees
English proficiency at B1 level or higher
Native Russian proficiency
Responsibilities:

Development of project strategy
Development and monitoring of KPIs for the project, department, and each employee to track progress
Management of daily operational activities, work of media buyers, creative department, and R&D
Process optimization (improving company processes to reduce costs and increase productivity)
Team management, organization of personnel work, selection, and training
Financial planning and budgeting, interaction with CFO
Risk management, diversification, interaction with CBDO
Participation in development to integrate new technologies and improve other operational processes
