Now we are looking for a QA Lead to join our team 💻☕️

What you will do:
🔗QA Process Management
🔗Managing a team ( 2 AQA, 3 mobile)
🔗Building a flexible and scalable process for testing web and mobile solutions
🔗Increasing automation coverage, especially in the mobile direction
🔗Monitoring task execution and ensuring product quality at each stage of development
🔗Ensuring transparency and continuous improvement of QA processes
🔗Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals

Requirements:
🔗At least 3 years of experience as a QA Lead or in a similar position
🔗In-depth knowledge of automated testing (web, mobile applications)
🔗Experience with various testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Playwright, etc)
🔗Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles
🔗Leadership skills, experience in managing multiple teams
