• 4+ years of proven marketing leadership experience in iGaming.
• Track record of scaling Tier-1 markets with measurable ROI.
• Deep expertise in performance acquisition channels + strong retention & LTV management mindset.
• Experience leading in-house marketing teams and managing external agencies/partners.
• Bilingual Pro: English B2+ ; Ukrainian is a strong plus for internal collaboration.
• Strategic vision coupled with a hands-on, growth-oriented mindset.
