Project Manager with 7+ years of experience managing complex projects in technology companies (iGaming, SaaS, and tech).

🖌 Managing projects across the entire lifecycle: from initiation to release and post-production.
🖌 Building and maintaining roadmaps, managing timelines and resources.
🖌 Tracking potential risks, finding solutions, and timely escalation.
🖌 Establishing transparent planning and reporting processes for teams and management.
🖌 Coordinating cross-functional teams (development, analytics, design, outsourcing).
🖌 Implementing Agile/Scrum/Kanban, adapting methodologies to the context.
🖌 Stakeholder communication, gathering and prioritizing requirements.
🖌 Experience working with distributed teams and external contractors.
