Requirements:
-Proven experience (2+ years) in a senior leadership role within
sportsbook operations, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of sports betting markets and trends.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive
business growth and enhance market position.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data,
identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and
compliance requirements related to sports betting operations.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sportsbook strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
-Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of professionals including traders, analysts, and product managers .
-Product Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of the sportsbook product, from conceptualization through to launch, ensuring it meets user needs and regulatory requirements.
-Risk Management: Implement robust risk management  practices.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
-Customer Focus: Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams .
-Financial Performance: Monitor and optimise financial performance.
