Role Purpose:
• Lead complex R&D initiatives from start to finish.
• Coordinate multiple teams working on the same outcome.

Examples of projects:
• Large product releases involving several squads.
• Cross-functional initiatives spanning Product and Engineering.
• Projects where timelines, risks, and dependencies need active management.
