📌 Key tasks:
• Act as the main operational contact for clients, supporting daily payment, card, and account operations, including wire transfers and FX inquiries.
• Assist with banking documentation requests, ensuring clear communication and timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes for greater efficiency and a better client experience.

⭐️Qualifications You Bring:
• University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field of study.
• Experience in customer support, ideally, but not limited to the banking or corporate services industry.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Developed communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented, professional and resourceful.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
