VR Customer Care Assistant

We’re seeking a young gentleman—preferably a university or college student passionate about
Gaming—for a flexible, part-time, on-demand role in VR. The ideal candidate should be 18+ Cypriot,
hold a Cyprus work permit, or be a family member under a work visa.
❕No prior experience? No problem! While not required, any background in retail or hospitality would
be a plus.
❗️Languages: Greek (B2+ or native) and English (fluent or native) are required. Knowledge of Russian,
Ukrainian, or both would be a valuable advantage.
Schedules are based on pre-booked VR events and sessions during working hours: Tue-Thu 15-22:00;
Fri 15-23:00; Sat-Sun 12-23:00 (hours may vary or extend based on customer demand). With full pre-
booking, shifts will follow a two-days-on, two-days-off rotation. Working hours are capped according
to Cypriot labor regulations for students.
