International Partner Network Manager

Searching for real estate and investment projects requiring the launch or scaling of a partner/agency network in international markets.

What I do:
Engaging and nurturing realtors and brokers in different countries;
Designing affiliate programs (motivation, commissions, statuses);
Onboarding and training agents (webinars, materials, processes);
Building and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the agency network (CRM, accounts, tracking);
Preparing and standardizing promotional materials for partners.

Work format: remote · project-based or retainer · international markets
