🌍 Business Development Manager (Forex, Remote)

📌 Regions: Northern EU / CIS
📌 Type: Full-time
📌 Pay: Base + uncapped commission

What you’ll do:
Drive new business through partners & direct channels
Build and grow long-term client relationships
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Negotiate, present, and report performance
Stay updated on industry trends & competitors

Requirements:
English C1 (Russian is a strong advantage)
Proven sales experience in Finance/Forex (Northern EU or CIS)
Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics (or related)
Active client portfolio: 100–150K USD net deposits/month (must-have)
Strong communication & closing skills
