Requirements: 
• 3–5 years in B2B business development, sales, or partnerships;
• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management;
• Near-native English (written and spoken);
• Genuine passion for video games and understanding of game dev culture;
• Active daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini);
• Experience with email automation and CRM (HubSpot).
