🔹Responsibilities:
➖Managing the day-to-day execution of the contracts concluded by the Traders.
➖Preparation & maintenance of shipment files.
➖Check the purchase and sales contract shipping terms and conditions, raising any problems.
➖Submit payment instructions to finance in a timely manner allowing them to comply with contractual payment dates.
➖Place vessel bookings and issue the shipping documents as per shipping instructions and contract terms.
➖Check and approve invoices for freight, inspections, additional certifications etc.
➖Issuing documentary instructions for the timely preparation of shipping documents.
➖To ensure that effective and accurate shipping documentation is in place.
➖Following the payment balance with suppliers and customers
➖Following the material stock.
➖Communication with producers/ customers / logistic companies/ shipping lines/ customs brokers.
➖Undertaking of any other ad-hoc duties.
🔹Skills / Experience:
➖Proficiency in the English and Russian language.
➖BSc degree.
➖Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
➖Prior working experience in the Trading Industry would be advantageous.
➖Advanced communication skills.
➖Ability to work on a tight deadline.
➖Strong skills proficiency in Excel and Word.
➖Excellent analytical, organization, and time management skills.
➖Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
➖Self-starter with the ability to use initiative for problem-solving.
➖Resourceful, innovative, and proactive.
➖Personable with the ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels both internally and externally.
🔹Additional requirements:
➖Work from office located in Limassol.
➖Applicant required to have a permission to work in Cyprus.
