🚀 We are hiring: Team Lead (Fullstack)
NDA company, Location - EC, remote/hybrid (Warsaw/Limassol)

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead (Fullstack) to lead a team of engineers and contribute to building scalable, high-performance products.

**Requirements:
• 6+ years of professional experience in fullstack development (.NET + Angular / React)**
• 1+ year of experience in a Tech Lead / Team Lead role
• Strong knowledge of .NET, ASP.NET, MVC / Web API, C#
• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and ORM/ODM tools
• Experience with messaging systems (NATS, RabbitMQ) is a plus
• Understanding of monitoring for high-load web applications
• Experience with unit and integration testing
• Strong understanding of security best practices and performance optimization
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns

Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers
• Set clear objectives, delegate tasks, and monitor progress
• Track team performance metrics and report to senior management
• Ensure product quality and proactively improve functional and non-functional attributes
• Participate in team scaling and technical interviews
• Introduce technical improvements and optimizations
• Ensure architectural solutions align with the overall system architecture
• Design and develop scalable services using .NET (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core) and Angular
• Manage and reduce technical debt
• Participate in development and implement key project tasks
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security
• Maintain code quality through code reviews and testing
• Improve development processes and standards
• Actively participate in Agile processes (planning, estimation, iterations)
