👋🏻 Hi there! I'm Danil, a Senior Product Manager / Product Owner with a background in Blockchain and Fintech industries. I am fluent in English (C2), a native Russian speaker, and know some Spanish (B1).


🔎 I bring a unique combination of technical expertise and effective communication to the table, making me an ideal fit for teams in need of a manager who can explain complex concepts with simplicity.
Allow me to share a glimpse of my journey!
Over the years, I've led teams up to 20 members, across the blockchain and fintech realms.


1️⃣ On the #blockchain, here’s what I’ve been up to:

- Full-cycle nodes creation: an end-to-end process, this ran from Docker ISO image creation through to the actual hardware's sales and delivery.
- Dapps development: oversaw development and updating processes, QA, and deployment cycles.
- Dappstore: delved into appstore promoted featuring, UX/UI improvements, positioning and filtering.
- Sales & Partnerships: forged and managed strategic partnerships, supervised website sales incorporating analytics, A/B testing, SEO, and conducted in-depth market/competitor analyses.

In the process, I've also:
- Managed the community: hosted community AMAs, set up the Praise system for the DAO, and delved into customer surveys and the analytics that follow, which gave our backlog priorities a good shakeup.
- Managed cross-functional teams: collaborated with diverse teams (developers, DevOps, marketing, QA, and the community team) maintaining transparency and efficiency.
- Done financial planning: created multiple revenue calculators, orchestrated an entire financial plan (revenue streams to burnrate/runway/etc), managed HR finances, and created a custom development and partnerships pricing list.
- Roadmapping: done feature tech and financial mockups and a product roadmap while being always sharp and transparent.

2️⃣ Switching to my #fintech (#tradetech) experience, I've focused on:

- Trading bots: conception, development, backtesting, and deployment (cloud-based and local).
- Trading frameworks: customized frameworks tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Consulting: provided coaching sessions on bot creation and the nitty-gritty of exchange backends to both teams and individual traders.
- Development: worked on some projects firsthand (as an ex-web_fullstack_dev) to stay up-to-date.
- Managed sales: managed sales and partnership relations, done market researches, issue negotiations
- Team building: recruited and mentored a synergic team of 8 developers, and developed an onboarding solution comprised of guides and lessons authored by me.
