This role is a great fit if you:
— Have hands-on experience with PSPs in iGaming and admin panels
— Have configured and optimized payment routing (PIQ / PayAdmit / similar)
— Understand approval rates, decline reasons, and payment flows
— Enjoy digging into failed transactions and finding solutions
— Feel comfortable working with PSPs, tech, finance, and support teams

Payments are not just integrations.
They are product, UX, conversion, and revenue.

At TrueLabel, we’re looking for a Payment Product Manager who knows how payments really work inside the cashier and can turn metrics into growth.

This role is for you if you:
— Have solid experience as a Payment Product Manager in iGaming
— Have hands-on cashier experience (must-have)
— Understand payment flows end-to-end and how they affect user behavior
— Have worked with Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets
— Make decisions based on metrics: conversion, approval rate, drop-offs
— Are comfortable working with PSPs, providers, and dev teams
