Position: Salesforce Developer - Full time

FP Markets is a well-established global CFD broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies and we are currently looking to recruit a full-time Salesforce Developer in our Limassol Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Define system requirements and customise the platform enabling users to get the most out of Salesforce technology and make the platform work for the company's goals
•Salesforce administration and development including but not limited to user management, reports and dashboards, assisting users with core salesforce functionality, data integrity, resolving config bugs and utilizing data loader/apex code/class to process records as per business requirements.
•Be the first point of contact for new feature requests and changes to existing features, including conducting research to reach optimal solutions.
•Work with various business units (BD, Marketing, Accounts, Operations etc) to understand their business processes and requirements, resolving service requests, sharing regular updates and escalating requests where appropriate.
•Design, build, test, and deploy platform solutions for business stakeholders.
•Business/process automation and real time data integration from various data sources to steam line business flow.
•Communicate project deliverables, project and development timelines, and feature-related information to team members and management.
•Collaborate with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities to transfer processes to the Salesforce platform and/or optimise existing processes within the platform.
•Build and document customised solutions in Salesforce.
•Refine analytics and reporting strategy to ensure the different teams leverage on customer information and extract maximum value.Provide training on CRM features, processes, releases, and products

Candidate Profile:
•Fluency in English, both oral and written
•Bachelor’s Degree or high-level of combination of education and experience
•Strong configuration skills with a passion for Salesforce.
•Salesforce Experience required, the following certifications would be preferred:
oB2C Commerce Developer
oIndustries CPQ Developer
oJavaScript Developer I
oMarketing Cloud Developer
oOmniStudio Developer
oPlatform App Builder
oPlatform Developer I
oPlatform Developer II
•Strong attention to detail, with great analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
•Experience working for a CFD/Forex broker is preferred.
•Experience working in a dynamic agile project delivery environment is preferred.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to coordinate between a variety of business roles and personalities.
•Willingness to learn/grow with Salesforce's ever-changing environment.
•Ability to operate with a degree of autonomy, a positive attitude and a strong customer focus.
