Role: Affiliate Manager
Location: On-site, Limassol, Cyprus
Schedule: Full-time, 10:00 – 18:00 (8-hour workday)
Type: Full-time
**Key Responsibilities:

**
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners worldwide
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, publishers, and networks
- Launch and optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize performance
- Monitor traffic quality, conversions, and ROI
- Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports

Requirements:
- Experience in affiliate marketing/ performance marketing is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data and KPIs
- Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- English required
- Additional languages are a plus
