We’re hiring a Lead Product UI/UX Designer to own and improve the full user journey for a fast-growing, AI-driven gamified platform redefining adult entertainment for millions of users worldwide.

You’ll work closely with Project and Engineering to design and optimize core user flows, while working directly with the founders and shaping UX/UI at a strategic level.

This position requires on-site work in the Cyprus office, relocation support provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product UX across web, from onboarding to monetization and retention.
• Design and improve user flows with a focus on conversion and ease of use.
• Create high-quality designs in Figma and maintain the design system.
• Work closely with PMs and engineers to ship and iterate quickly.
• Convert business needs into practical UX solutions.

Skills and Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in B2C product UI/UX design.
• Advanced Figma skills and experience building scalable design systems.
• Experience partnering with Project and - Engineering teams at high speed.
• Portfolio with products and measurable impact.
• Comfortable with NSFW content.
• Management experience and hands-on use of AI design tools are a plus.

We’re hiring a Lead Affiliate Manager to build and scale an affiliate program for a fast-growing, AI-driven gamified platform redefining adult entertainment for millions of users worldwide.

You’ll work closely with Funnels, Creative, and Growth Ops to drive profitable, high-quality
partner growth with direct impact on revenue.

This position requires on-site work in the Cyprus office, relocation support provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and networks.
• Own partner performance: payouts, caps, quality scoring, and compliance.
• Scale profitable partners while maintaining strict quality controls.
• Coordinate weekly launches of new landing pages and creative packs.
• Work with Growth Ops to ensure clean tracking, postbacks, and attribution.
• Maintain a consistent weekly execution and reporting cadence.

Skills and Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate or partner marketing.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with tracking and performance analytics.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment and owning outcomes.
• Comfortable with NSFW content.
• Experience hiring and scaling teams is a plus.
