📢 Vacancy: Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist (remote)

We’re looking for one strong person to own our entire social + paid media world:

What you’ll do:
* Run Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Behance
* Create & execute content plans (Reels, carousels, stories, threads, shorts)
* Launch, optimize & scale ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) – ours & clients
* Handle creatives, copywriting, analytics & reporting
* Track ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR and react fast

Who we want:
* 2–4+ years experience managing social + running paid ads at the same time
* Strong in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager
* Understand social algorithms and how to use them to win
* Can create solid creatives with the help of our team
* Self-driven, fast learner, numbers-obsessed, love testing
* SEO Knowledge is a great plus
