Position: Team Lead for Mobile Product Managers

💎We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for Mobile Product Managers to guide and mentor a team responsible for our mobile products.
💎This role blends hands-on product leadership with team development, ensuring the successful execution of our product vision across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

✅ Responsibilities:
✔️Lead and develop a team of Product Managers working on mobile applications, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
✔️Define and communicate the overarching mobile product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder needs.
✔️Facilitate cross-team collaboration to drive product roadmaps, ensuring coherence across initiatives and maintaining high delivery standards.
✔️Partner with engineering, design, marketing, QA, and analytics leads to align on priorities, remove blockers, and maintain velocity.
✔️Oversee the full mobile product lifecycle across multiple products or feature areas – from discovery to launch and beyond.
✔️Champion best practices in product management, agile methodologies, and mobile UX/UI.
✔️Drive a data-informed culture: monitor KPIs, conduct regular product performance reviews, and ensure insights inform ongoing decisions.
✔️Act as a key escalation point and decision-maker for strategic or operational challenges affecting product development.
✔️Cultivate a culture of ownership, customer empathy, and innovation within the product team.

✅ Requirements:
✔️6+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
✔️Strong background in mobile product development (iOS/Android), including familiarity with technical stacks and app store ecosystems.
✔️Demonstrated success leading and scaling product teams, with a focus on talent development and team performance.
✔️Deep understanding of mobile UX/UI principles and agile product delivery.
✔️Analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in product analytics tools and metrics-driven decision-making.
✔️Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.

✅Nice to Have:
✔️Experience in iGaming, fintech, or consumer tech is a strong advantage.
