The company provides consulting services in various fields. is looking for an Office Manager with some HR responsibilities.

**You will:
**• Keep life processes at the office (order food, office supplies, and household goods);
• Keep office cleaning management (communication with staff);
• Receive/Send mail correspondence;
• Write business letters;
• Work with courier services;
• Search and analyze all the necessary information on the head's demand;
• Work with documentation;
• Organize corporate events;
• Ensure migration support (search for accommodation for people who relocate and so on);
• Help newcomers to adapt;
• Complete personal tasks of the head;
• Do other activities based on the needs of the company.

**We want you to have:
**• Office Manager experience.
• English Level B2+.
• Russian B2+).
• Greek (it would be a significant plus).

• A 5/2 shift with working hours from 9-00 to 18:00 or from 8-00 to 17-00.
