Vacancy: Office Coordinator
Location: Cyprus, Paphos
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Secretary who will be responsible for the smooth administrative tasks and efficient management of internal processes within the company. Your role will include a wide range of tasks from car accounting to dealing with insurance and administrative issues.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting for the vehicle fleet and keeping it in good condition
- Registration and handover of vehicles to staff
- Organising timely maintenance and tax payments
- Interaction with contractors (dealer, car service, gps-company, petrol stations).
- Assisting in preparation of necessary documents for the migration department
- Dispatch of postal parcels in Cyprus and worldwide
- Document management including organising post writing, scanning, filing and organising storage of documents.
- Paying some bills including telephone, water, electricity and internet.
- Utilising 1C to enter invoices and manage employee data.
- Co-ordinating various office management tasks
- Assisting with any type of insurance claims
Requirements:
- Knowledge of insurance and finance processes
- Proven experience in administrative or operational roles
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in software such as 1C and BambooHR
- Proficient PC and MFP skills
- Conversational English, Greek/Russian will be considered as an advantage
