Hello everyone, my name is Olga, I am UX Research Team Lead with 8+ years of experience.
I'm looking for a job as** UX or CX Researcher/Team Lead.


I'm currently managing a team of UX analysts and developing the methodologies for the company's customer experience research. I conduct any kind of researches** (problem and expert interviews, CJMs, personas, usability testings, A/B testing and eye-tracking studies etc.), and write all types of scripts.
I also have experience as a product manager and experience in building communication processes with product, design and developers teams.
