Marketing Coordinator @ Square One (Limassol)

Square One is a fast-growing real estate developer redefining modern living in Limassol. Our 20+ person team is shaping communities, not just buildings and we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join us!

What you’ll do:
• Support and coordinate day-to-day marketing activities & campaigns
• Manage CRM and track performance / lead generation
• Prepare reports & dashboards (turn numbers into insights)
• Liaise with creative agencies
• Assist with social media & content coordination
• Support the Marketing Director with research and planning

What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years of marketing experience (real estate is a plus)
• Solid skills with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools (HubSpot or similar), Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and fluent in English
