What makes you a great fit:
• 1+ years of sourcing experience under your belt.
• Proficient with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and X-Ray search.
• Data? Large volumes of info? You thrive on it.
• You’re hungry to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Will be a plus:
• Experience hiring for non-IT roles.
• Familiarity with product teams and their unique dynamics.
