I have hands-on experience working as a KYC Verification Agent in iGaming, where I:

• reviewed POI, POA, bank statements, card documents and payment-method evidence;
• checked names, addresses, dates and document consistency;
• handled verification scenarios involving cards, bank transfers, e-wallets and crypto payments;
• followed internal procedures and escalated unclear or higher-risk cases;
• worked with internal knowledge bases, helpdesk tools and case documentation.

I also have a strong customer-service background and experience working accurately in a fast-paced environment.
