We’re looking for a dynamic CRM Manager to lead our CRM strategy, launch high-impact campaigns, and drive meaningful growth across the customer lifecycle. At Muse Group, you’ll own initiatives that directly influence revenue: activation, upsells, churn reduction and win-back mechanics.

What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years in CRM marketing
• Experience with push, in-app, inbox messaging, segmentation, and trigger flows
• Hands-on work with CDPs (Bloomreach is a plus)
• Strong experimentation and project-management background
• Upper-intermediate English
