Position: Affiliate Manager
Location: Remote (anywhere in the world)
Salary: ~$2500 (negotiable)

What you'll be doing:
- Sourcing and onboarding new affiliates with active traffic (including through international events and conferences)
- Building and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Monitoring campaign performance and proposing funnel optimization strategies
- Tracking key metrics and generating partner-specific reports
- Actively promoting our platform and its benefits to both new and existing partners

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in adult or dating verticals
- Strong network in affiliate programs or direct cooperation with webmasters
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events
