🙌 FinLeadGlobal is looking for a Senior Email Marketing/Retention manager to own and scale their email and SMS lifecycle channels!
📍Location - Poland, Latvia.

✍️ Major responsibilities:
- Own the email and retention strategy across email and SMS;
- Set up and manage CRM integrations and lifecycle infrastructure;
- Configure and operate Customer.io as the core lifecycle platform;
- Warm up and manage email domains and sender reputation;
- Develop scalable email templates and lifecycle automations;
- Build and optimize email and SMS flows (onboarding, engagement, reactivation);
- Manage SMS provider integrations and pricing negotiations;
- Monitor deliverability, performance, and compliance;
- Analyze retention, engagement, and LTV metrics and drive optimization.
📌Major requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in email, lifecycle, or retention marketing;
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io;
- Experience in content-heavy industries (PDL, iGaming, Crypto, Fintech, or similar);
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and lifecycle automation;
- Experience with email and SMS flow building and segmentation;
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills;
- Fluent English is a must-have.
