Influencer Marketing Manager

SALARY: $1,000 + kpi , up to $1,500

🔥Responsibilities:
- Create relationships with influencers on Youtube, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms and work with them from negotiation to posting.
- Test new ideas, manage your own projects and budgets and always look for new ways to grow the number of influencers and affiliates.
- Analyze the results of your initiatives and generate new hypotheses to be tested.
- Align our influencer efforts with broader marketing campaigns, our international marketing strategy, and company-wide goals.
- Incentivize creators and provide them value to deepen their engagement with our platform and encourage distribution throughout their networks.
🌟Requirements:
- One or more years of experience working with international influencers
- Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
- Proactive and willing to learn quickly
- Autonomous and responsible
- Strong execution mindset - we're moving fast and there is a lot to do every day. You don't mind getting scrappy and going above and beyond
- Advanced understanding of metrics, and how to track, report, and influence them
