We are looking for an experienced and independent Recruiter to join our fast-growing fintech startup. If you know how to find top-tier sales talent worldwide, are resourceful, and can get things done without unnecessary bureaucracy, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
• Hire for sales positions across multiple regions.
• Drive international recruitment to find high-performing sales agents.
• Assess and evaluate candidates, ensuring they fit the company culture and have the right mindset.
• Utilize diverse sourcing tools to find and attract top talent.
• Onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless integration process.

What We Expect:
• Fluent English is a must; Russian (RU) and/or Hebrew (HE) is a plus.
• Independent, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
• 2+ years experience in Recruiting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
