Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in online gaming is a MUST!
Good knowledge of the iGaming industry, trends, products, markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Commercially minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Reporting on relevant KPIs.
Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners (we have a lot of contracts and integrations), addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Organize mutually beneficial tournaments, positioning of games, promotions and other activities that help increase the profit and popularity of the provider.
Identify opportunities for provider growth and upsell additional products or services to partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue and optimize partner performance.
