🚀 Staff Python Engineer (Infrastructure / Real-Time Systems)

🌍 Remote | Eastern & Central Europe

We’re looking for a strong Staff / Principal Python Engineer (10+ years of experience) to work on a mission-critical real-time product.

Requirements:
Deep expertise in Python
Strong background in infrastructure / platform engineering
Experience with real-time systems, WebRTC, and networking protocols
Proven work with high-load production systems
Staff / Principal mindset: architecture ownership and technical leadership

❌ Not a fit if:

your experience is mostly CRUD / REST APIs
you are a junior or middle engineer
Python = Django only
