IT Campus Administrator L1
📍Limassol, Cyprus (On-site)
An International World school is looking for a proactive IT Campus Administrator to support IT systems across Primary and Secondary campuses. Hands-on role working directly with students, teachers, and staff.
Responsibilities:
-Provide user support: log requests, troubleshoot, escalate complex cases
-Keep classrooms and offices running: Wi-Fi, projectors, interactive boards, devices
-Setup accounts, configure devices, provide basic training
-Support events: manage AV equipment, projectors, microphones, lighting
-Manage workstations: Windows/macOS, iPads via JAMF, GPO, basic hardware issues
-Administer apps: Google Admin, Microsoft Admin, ManageBac, JAMF, ScreenCloud
-Basic network tasks: cabling, switches, Wi-Fi, connectivity
-Participate in IT projects: system upgrades, software implementation, infrastructure improvements
-Maintain accurate IT equipment records
-Communicate clearly with students, staff, and colleagues
Requirements:
-1+ year IT support experience
-Windows, macOS, iOS, Android; troubleshoot common issues
-Setup PCs, laptops, printers, projectors
-Basic knowledge of networks, VPN, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
-Basic Windows Server (DC, DNS, RDS) and AD skills
-Experience with LMS, SIS, ERP is a plus
-Strong communication, independence, curiosity
-Proficiency in Russian and English
