Head of Sales (B2B SaaS, 0-to-1) - Remote, Contract 🚀

dTelecom (Cyprus) builds communication infrastructure for humans and AI agents. Our flagship product is dMeet - privacy-first video meetings with AI Memory: ask any past meeting a question and get an answer. All AI runs on our own self-hosted infrastructure, so meeting content never leaves us and never trains third-party models.

We are launching our corporate Team tier and need someone to build the B2B sales function from zero.

🎯 The role

You will be our first sales hire, reporting directly to the founders. There is no playbook, no pipeline, and no team yet - you create all three. The motion is cold outbound to English-speaking B2B markets, selling the Team tier to companies that care about privacy and built-in AI (summaries, translation, memory).

⚡ What you'll do

- Design and validate the outbound motion: ICP, messaging, sequences, channels (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Run the full cycle yourself at first: prospecting, demos, negotiation, close
- Lead client meetings and demos in English
- Set up the sales stack (CRM, outreach tooling, reporting) and define the metrics that matter
- Hire and manage SDRs once the motion is validated
- Work with the founders on pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy

✅ What we look for

- Proven B2B SaaS sales track record, ideally with a 0-to-1 chapter: you built a function, not just worked inside one
- Strong cold outbound expertise: you have personally built pipeline from scratch and enjoy it
- Fluent spoken English (C1+) for client-facing meetings
- Enough technical literacy to sell a product with AI and privacy architecture to technical and non-technical buyers
- Experience building or leading an SDR/BDR team is a strong plus
- Self-directed: you bring structure to ambiguity instead of waiting for it

💰 Compensation

Competitive package: base + commission on sales.

📍 Format

Remote. Full-time engagement on a contract basis. 1-month trial period. Company registered in Cyprus.
