Looking back on my relevant experience, I've started as a Senior Support Specialist(L3) in the largest of the private banks in Russia. Then I moved to Uzbekistan and was offered an ABS Administrator position. As soon as the company realised that it needs a Support Services Lead, I offered my candidacy, after which I was re-interviewed by the CIO and assumed this position.
