I’m currently exploring opportunities in Learning & Development, Training, Team Leadership, and Customer Operations.

I have 7+ years of experience, including within iGaming. I’ve worked with different gaming licences, with particular expertise in the Romanian market and ONJN licence requirements.

Most recently, I worked as a Trainer, delivering onboarding, workshops, performance coaching, and developing learning materials and Knowledge Base content.
