We are looking for a Senior Graphic designer to join the team of Conotoxia Ltd (investment services). Limassol/remote/hybrid.

Conotoxia Limited is a financial ecosystem powered by Conotoxia Holding, Poland's most recognized industry brand, with a multi-billion USD recent annual turnover and over 10 years of experience.

We know that every professional is obsessed with being at the origins of a huge IT project; be among those who start the expansion and become “king of the world”. Right now, we are going to spread our investment and informational services beyond Poland, expand to Europe, and create the Conotoxia Trading Universe. Join us now, at the start, to become a part of a huge success!

**Main responsibilities:
**•Work on a project of the total company rebranding based on the Trading Universe concept.
•Have the freedom to create and implement your outstanding vision and ideas.
•Closely collaborate with an Executive Director, a Head of Marketing, a Head of Sales, and a design team of the Holding.
•Create a website design from scratch and align it with the entire Holding design system.
•Create realistic 3D characters for print, graphics, and animated ads.

**Main requirements:
**•5+ years of experience in graphic and web design.
•A strong portfolio of digital design experience.
•Strong UX knowledge and practice.
•Got proven successful collaboration with fintech and tech companies (smartphones, laptops, and other devices).
•Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and 3D graphics tools.
•Strong experience in creating realistic 3D characters (animated or not, preferable – humans).
•Good English communication skills.
•Outstanding feeling of trends, especially in fintech.
•Understanding of what differences between wow and average design are.
•Ability to create, not only work according to references (as we don’t and won’t have any).
