Sales Executive/Business Development Manager (Global market) - 3 open position
CleverLMS is a company that provides software that allows business to create, deliver, and report on training courses and programs for employees, partners, and customers. CleverLMS has been successfully launched for various projects in different industries all over the world.
Now we are looking for an experienced sales b2b professionals to help us launch of sales in english-speaking countries and regions (APAC/US/MENA).
Job Description:
The Sales Executive/Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving new business opportunities in english-speaking countries by identifying and closing deals
The Business Development Manager will also participate in finding leads (the majority of leads are generated by marketing team), developing presentations and offers, negotiate contract and pricing, and manage the full cycle via solution business development techniques
The Business Development Manager will work closely with other teams, including marketing and product development to ensure that the strategy is aligned with market needs
This is a highly visible role that requires strong b2b communication skills, negotiation skills, as well as the ability to drive deals in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
✅New clients & partners: identify and close new business opportunities, with a focus on enterprise-level accounts.
✅Plan and perform presentation of CleverLMS capabilities to prospects and arranging pilots with other members of CleverLMS team.
✅Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted clients and partners
✅Work with other teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and events
✅Forecast and track key metrics, and report on progress to senior management
✅Report your activities in the CRM system
Qualifications:
🔹The ideal candidate has experience as a business development manager at IT companies (enterprise level software solutions for medium and large enterprises in english-speaking countries and regions).
🔹2+ years of b2b SaaS business development experience
🔹Business development experience as BD at HR software and/or elearning solutions EdTech companies as an advantage
B2b communication and negotiation skills
🔹Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
🔹Native/fluent in English
