Position: UX Researcher

✨**Key Responsibilities:
**● Conduct in-depth user research through user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics analysis
● Collaborate closely with our product and design teams to identify user pain points and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
● Create user personas, user journey maps, and usability reports to guide product development and design decisions
● Stay updated with industry trends related to video editing and user experience

✨Qualifications
**●Experience in conducting user research in a software development context, ideally in video editing or multimedia
●Proficiency in research tools and software relevant to UX research
●A portfolio showcasing previous UX research projects, particularly those related to video editing or multimedia applications
●Excellent English and Russian communication skills
