Technical Integration Specialist (Crypto / Fintech / BaaS)
Remote (Worldwide, except Russia & Belarus)

We’re looking for an Technical Integration Specialist to lead technical onboarding and ongoing support of B2B partners integrating with our crypto-fintech Banking-as-a-Service platform.

This is a highly technical role and can be a great fit for engineers / developers with strong API and blockchain fundamentals who want to work on real production integrations.

Responsibilities:
• Lead full integration process for B2B partners (API + on-chain)
• Act as primary technical point of contact for partner engineering teams
• Support API, smart wallet, and blockchain integrations
• Conduct UAT and certification checks (transactions, wallet ops, compliance flows)
• Debug API calls, webhook failures, and on-chain transaction errors
• Deeply analyze request/response payloads, auth flows, and transaction lifecycles
• Maintain and improve integration documentation and runbooks
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams

Requirements:
• 3+ years in technical support/engineering, integrations, or software engineering with strong API exposure
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, webhooks
• Experience with Postman / Insomnia
• Familiarity with blockchain (wallets, transactions, EVM, ERC-20)
• Experience analyzing transactions via blockchain explorers
• Understanding of account abstraction / smart wallet infrastructure
• Experience in fintech / crypto / stablecoins
• Log analysis & debugging experience
• Upper-Intermediate+ English
• Ownership mindset
