London listed precious metals company is looking to employ an experienced **Trade Support/ Back-Office officer (Limassol).

Responsibilities:
• Work with front office team to ensure timely processing of trade settlements across Precious Metals (Gold, Silver etc)
• Reconciliation on a daily and monthly basis
• Work with the team to identify discrepancies in P&L and identifying solutions to trade settlement issues
• Offer support to the front office through a broad operational offering across settlements, reconciliations and monitoring/reporting
• Speak with trading parties to confirm settlement figures
• Manage invoicing for physical import/export book for clients
• Monitor logistics/trade/lab analysis/arbitrage process and ensure timely, accurate and noted shipment logs
• Monitor clearing accounts and assist front office team on ensuring trades are settled correctly
• Assist with the ERP program (1C) and ensure accuracy of logs
Experience:
• 1-2+ years experience in back office operations position
• Solid understanding of trade flows/settlements and reconciliations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working closely with front office teams
• Native Russian speaker!
