⚙️ We seek the Head of GIS to lead our dynamic and skilled GIS team of 30+ members. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on management to optimize team performance, scale operations as volumes grow, and heavy cross-functional collaboration across different time zones.


⚙️ What we’re looking for

- Experience: 5+ years in GIS leadership roles, ideally in fast-growing companies and during periods of transformation or relocation.
- Proficiency with GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.) and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with photogrammetry tools (e.g., Photoscan, Pix4D, Photomod).
- Strong understanding of spatial data, coordinate systems, and geospatial workflows.
- Proven ability to build high-performing remote teams.
- Languages: Fluent English (C1–C2). Russian is a plus.
