Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to handle a wide range of HR tasks and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can support various HR functions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
