Requirements:
✔️ 4+ years of successful experience in IT-Recruitment;
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in the online entertainment industries, with a solid understanding of its dynamics
✔️ Familiarity with the Software Development
✔️ Lifecycle and technical role requirements;
✔️ Experience covering the full recruitment cycle;
✔️ Strong sourcing skills via social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance);
✔️ Understanding of modern tools for sourcing and data scraping;
✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
✔️ Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills;
✔️ Experienced in hiring for technical, operational, and iGaming-specific roles
✔️ Advanced in english, russian or ukrainian will be nice to have.
✔️ Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
✔️ Teamwork skills
✔️ Applicant tracking system (BambooHR / GreenHouse / hibob, etc.)
⚠️ Readiness to start as soon as possible
