A licensed European PSP company is looking for a hands-on Payment Manager to own payment performance, monitor approval rates, investigate issues, and improve payment flows.

What we’re looking for:
• Native Ukrainian/Russian + B2+ English
• Payments/Fintech experience
• Solid knowledge of acquiring, PSPs, chargebacks, refunds, settlements & 3DS
• Experience with PSP dashboards/back-offices and payment integrations
• SQL + Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
