We're looking for an IT Support Officer with 1–3 years of experience to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, manage user accounts, and maintain IT systems.

✅ Windows OS & Microsoft 365 knowledge
✅ Basic networking skills
✅ Experience with TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar
✅ Strong communication skills
